Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Feed.UpdateType.MyWorkChange

A feed entry for a user adding/removing an item to and from "My Work".

This is a member of the TeamDynamix.Api.Feed.UpdateType enumeration with a value of 5.
