Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.Reporting.ComponentFunction.HourWeek

Indicates that the hour and day of the week should be extracted from a date/time value.

This is a member of the TeamDynamix.Api.Reporting.ComponentFunction enumeration with a value of 5.
