Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.WorkflowEngine.WorkflowAdvancement.Reject

Indicates that the workflow is moving backward as the result of an rejection or other denial action.

This is a member of the TeamDynamix.Api.WorkflowEngine.WorkflowAdvancement enumeration with a value of 2.
