Unless explicitly stated on the documentation for a method, the accepted Web API call content types are:

Calls using any other content type (ex: text/plain) are not supported.

TeamDynamix.Api.WorkflowEngine.WorkflowStatus.Rejected

Indicates that the workflow as a whole was completed and the result was that the item was rejected.

This is a member of the TeamDynamix.Api.WorkflowEngine.WorkflowStatus enumeration with a value of 2.
